For our boxing clients, our gym features heavy bags, a speed bag, double-end bag, slip bag, uppercut bag, wall bag, ish bag, an evaluation line, and a slip line.

For students of our Krav Maga program, we provide safe molded practice firearms, padded knives, padded sticks, kicking and knee shields, as well as dozens of focus mitts.

Our Fit to Fight personal training clients will find dumbbells, benches, barbells, bumper plates, a squat rack, medicine balls, jump ropes, and more—all tailored to meet your self-defense, fighting, and fitness objectives.
